Lighthouse example
The complete public demo film — 12 shots, cost ladder, and why it holds together.
The Last Watch is the complete public example: 12 shots, about 1 minute 42 seconds with title cards, in stark black-and-white and an exact 1.10:1 almost-square frame. Authored for Seedance 2.0 with short multi-beat prompts.
On his final night at a remote lighthouse, a veteran keeper ignores the worn drive link found by the relief sent to replace him. When it breaks under load, he must surrender the service key that lets her emergency motor restore the beam before a boat loses the safe channel.
The story is fictional and deliberately anonymous — no real people, families, companies, places, or dates.
Preproduction documents
Documents progress from story decisions to build instructions:
- Treatment — premise, characters, synopsis, final image
- Style bible — visual, character, prop, and sound continuity
- Beat sheet — escalation, setups/payoffs, anchor map
- Screenplay — the silent story in scene order
- Shot list — camera, action, audio, continuity per generation
stills.json— literal first-frame keyframesshots.json— validated Seedance requests
If an idea changes upstream, update everything below it before paying for a generation. All of this lives in films/lighthouse/.
